If you are not a member of the BBA and would like a booth at Autumn-Fest on September 29, 2012, please fill out the registration form below. Booths cost $100, and you may pay online via secure PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this) or you may mail or drop off a check.

You are not registered until payment is processed or received. Booth spaces are a first-come, first-serve and space is limted.
