Autumn-Fest 2012 Registration for Non-Profit Groups
This 2012 registration form is for Non-Profit Groups.
If you are not a member of the BBA, are a Non-Profit Group and would like a booth at Autumn-Fest on September 29, 2012, please fill out the registration form below. Booths cost $50, and you may pay online via secure PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this) or you may mail or drop off a check. We do need for non-profit FID or other form of non-profit status.

You are not registered until payment is processed or received. Booth spaces are a first-come, first-serve and space is limted.
If you are not a member of the BBA, consider joining. Membership is $100 and BBA members receive many annual benefits, including a FREE booth at both Autumn-Fest and Christmas on the Common. If you wish to take advantage of this and many more benefits, join today!
