2009 Holiday Bonanza Raffle advertising information.

Please consider the opportunity to participate in the Bridgewater Business Association’s “HOLIDAY BONANZA RAFFLE” for drawings to begin November, 1 2009.

The Bridgewater Business Association is developing this new Holiday Bonanza Raffle Program to increase and raise much needed funds for the 2009 Charity Fund. As you may or may not know, our annual Autumnfest and Christmas on the Common have already raised over $10,000 in the past few years to be donated back to Bridgewater charities (such as the Bridgewater Energy Fund).

Here is how the raffle will work:

• For the 30 days of November, we will have at least 30 businesses donate a prize for each calendar day. We may have more than one prize to offer per day depending on the number of donations received.

• Starting November 1, winners will be drawn each calendar day. Winners will be contacted by phone and posted on the BBA website. Daily raffle ticket winners go back in the drawing for the chance to win another day!

As a member of the BBA, we would like offer you the opportunity to support our holiday raffle by donating an item to be used in one of the daily prize drawings. You donation will be printed on the ticket along with your company name promoting your business. Consider donations that represent you or your business, such as gift certificates from your company for services or products, a gas card, or a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Donations can be just about anything! If you know of another business that may be interested in participating and/or joining the BBA, please forward this flyer.

We plan on having tickets ready for sale around August 1, 2009 and will be sold for $10 each, and be sold until October 31, 2009. Tickets will also be available at Autumnfest 2009. A member of the BBA will be calling in the next few weeks to follow up on your interest in participation in our Holiday Bonanza Raffle Program.
