| Vendor Policies

The Bridgewater Business Association welcomes both members and non-members to participate in both our Autumn-Fest and Christmas On The Common events. The following policies will be in effect for all registered vendors at these events. By registering to become a vendor, you are agreeing to the policies.

VENDOR POLICY FOR AUTUMN-FEST and CHRISTMAS ON THE COMMON EVENTS

  • The BBA makes all decisions on acceptance at the event and positioning of vendors, with members receiving preference, if applicable
  • The BBA does not limit based on industry or company; we also do not monitor the number of vendors per industry or company; if your company has restrictions on number of vendors per event, you are responsible for monitoring that policy yourselves
  • All registrations for our events are final. There are no refunds. Both events are held rain or shine
  • The BBA collects your personal information when you register. While we do not sell or share any of that information with third parties, we will use it for our own benefit in promoting and marketing the BBA and its events
  • The BBA will post this policy on both our websites and attempt to include a condensed version on our membership applications and other necessary documents
  • Your spot is not secured until you have paid your fee, if non-member
  • You cannot sell drinks at our events; the BBA is the sole provider of beverages
  • The BBA provides space only; you must bring any tables or chairs that you will need
  • You may not break down your booth until the conclusion of the event
  • At their booth, Vendors may collect the names and contact information of prospective customers, provided that they fully disclose, in a written notice that is prominently displayed, what use will be made of that information.
  • Vendors may not “walk around” soliciting individuals or requesting signatures or personal information
  • Vendors who wish to sign up for a booth to present information about a political candidate, political party, or issue of public concern are welcome. However, said Vendors and all persons associated with them are bound by the same rules as other Vendors with regard to the manner of collection of names and contact information and, other than at their assigned booth, may not solicit other Vendors, attendees, volunteers, employees, or anyone else for any purpose, including their political message.
  • Failure of a Vendor and all persons associated with them to comply with the above policies may result in remedial action taken by the BBA, UP TO AND INCLUDING THE IMMEDIATE REVOCATION OF VENDOR SPACE, WITHOUT REFUND.
